Hello! Welcome to Wellsentials. A wellness brand offering a multi modality approach; I’m a Licensed Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist, and Wellness Advocate!

Wellsentials is a rebranding if you will. Being in the wellness space for nearly 2 decades, i began to feel my business name didn’t really embody ALL I offered within the wellness/healing space.

My career in the wellness space began in 2006 after graduating from NY College of Health Professions with an Associates in Occupational Studies: Massage Therapy (AOS). While continuing my studies throughout China for massage, I was introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I knew then I wanted to expand my scope of practice learning this medicine and have the ability to provide greater help to clients.

Starting at the New York Campus (with full intention of moving to San Diego), in 2007 I began my studies of TCM at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (now Pacific College of Health) and competed my studies in 2011, graduating with a Masters in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM.)

Since 2013, I have been practicing Acupuncture and Massage Therapy in San Diego. In 2021, I decided to abandon the “office” and meet client where they were; In-Home and In-Office.

Getting out of the office, and freeing up some time, my creative juices started to flow. I wanted to create something. Something that had multiple uses. With my Massage and Acupuncture background, as well, a LOVE for candles, Wellsentials Candles was born in 2022!

Wellsentials candles are a body candle. The melt pool created can be used to moisturize the skin. I took the body candle a step further by using scents that had a wellness background.
