Pricing: Prices are for the service area of The City of San Diego. Anything outside the City, a travel fee of $40 will be added.
Types of Massage offered:
Unwind: This massage promotes relaxation, relieves muscle muscle tension and provides stress relief . A gentle treatment reliving muscle tension, increase circulation. A Swedish-style massage. Offered as a 60 minute service only.

Deep Tissue/Therapeutic: This massage targets deeper, more chronic muscular tension that is deeper within the muscle fibers. Using slower strokes and direct pressure and friction to targeted areas, this type of massage therapy works to break down the adhesions the are blocking blood flow, causing pain and inflammation, and restricting movement. This is more focused work on a specific problem. Offered as a 90 or 120 minute service only.

Massage with Cupping Therapy: All the benefits of a deep tissue/therapeutic massage plus cupping in the areas that needs some extra attention. Offered as a 90 or 120 minute service only for an additional $40.
Oncology Massage: Oncology Massage is a type of massage that is very specific to the patients needs based on where they are in their cancer journey. A specialty that requires additional training (I’m certified through Memorial Sloan Kettering, New York, NY & Wellness for Cancer, Eagle, CO), oncology massage can help reduce stress, anxiety, and pain. As well, improve the areas of sleep, well-being, and coping.
